Things to know:

• This site is available only to clients of Cascade Hospital for Animals
• Please limit pictures to those pets who have passed away
• Only one picture per pet, please
• Pictures and text will be reviewed and edited for appropriateness, size, spelling and content and will be scanned for viruses
• The Memorial Page will be updated as frequently as possible as staff time permits - if your pet's information has been uploaded, but is not on the site within 7 business days from the date of upload, please contact us at 949-0960
• Cascade Hospital for Animals is not responsible for any copyright infringements of uploaded photos or text, nor can we be held responsible for preventing others from copying photos or text from this web page
• You pet's photo and information will be displayed for a minimum of one year, or longer if space permits
• The information required below is needed to validate client information and for contact purposes should there be questions regarding the pet information you send us:

• Last Name
• Address
• E-Mail
• Pet's Date of Birth
