More about Dr. Isard: 

Dr. Isard wanted to be a veterinarian since childhood, but took a few detours on the path there. Her passion is helping anxious or fearful patients and their guardians navigate veterinary care and home environments. She is very passionate about breed advocacy and educating guardians on humane training methods. Dr. Isard was inspired to pursue a position at our practice because she wanted to be a part of a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to practicing gold standard medicine. In veterinary medicine, you are never done learning and she is excited to be surrounded by so much experience and knowledge! 

She is the fortunate guardian of two awesome creatures who both came to her when she was fostering for Michigan Humane. Bruce is her sweet and sensitive pit-mix who happens to love kittens. His love of cats and kittens led to her second foster fail, Margo, who is fearless and energetic cat found on the streets of Detroit. Outside of work, she enjoys visiting dog friendly patios Bruce, and exploring new hiking trails. She also enjoys fostering kittens for the local shelter, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

More about Lexxi: 

• Lexxi has grown-up around animals her entire life, all shapes and sizes! She's known since she was young that she wanted to work with animals.
• Outside of work, she enjoys fishing on both inland lakes and the big lakes, baking, spending time with family, and traveling. 
• Lexxi was inspired to pursue a position at our hospital after her past dog was a patient here! 
• Her favorite vacation spots are Anna Maria Island and the Upper Peninsula. 
• Her favorite show is Greys Anatomy.

• Avery has wanted to work with animals ever since she was young. She says that working at an animal hospital has been a life-long dream! 
• Outside of work, she likes to be outside. She enjoys camping, water sports, and spending time with family/friends. 
• Her dog, Bentley, is a 7 year old Australian Shepherd / Lab mix. She describes him as playful and silly! 
• Her favorite vacation spots are Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Naples, Florida. 
• Avery's favorite TV show is Friends and her favorite movie is Pitch Perfect.

More about Ali: 

• Ali says that there isn't an animal she doesn't love! If you work with her for more than five minutes, you'll realize that every animal is an "angel" to her. 
• Outside of work, she enjoys camping, golfing, boating, and snowmobiling.
• Ali's favorite place to vacation is Key Largo, Florida. Three generations of her family have been snowbirds on the island and it has become a favorite spot of hers. She hopes to snowbird in Key Largo herself one day! 
• Her favorite TV show is The Office - she can quote at least half of every episode. 
• She was drawn to Cascade Hospital for Animals by the reputation, and says that she desires to work a place she's proud of.
